TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

(Program Division)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • College graduate of 4-year course (preferably Education, Mass Communications, Communication Arts, Psychology, Sociology)
  • Female
  • Work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Has knowledge on news/technical writing
  • Preferably with Girl Scouting background
  • Very good in written and oral communications
  • Computer literate preferably: proficiency on MS Office applications, Adobe Pagemaker & Movie Maker, etc.

 

General Duties:

  • Assists the Program Director on technical matters pertaining to formulation, monitoring and implementation of the Girl Scout programs.

 

 

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

(Management Information System  Section)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • BS Computer Engineering/Science graduate or any related IT course
  • Male
  • Minimum one year work experience in PC Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Extensive Knowledge in DOS, Windows and Server applications
  • Knowledge in N-Computing Technology is an advantage, but not necessary
  • Very good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, a team player with strong work ethics

 

General Duties:

  • Repairs and maintains IT equipment or peripheral devices
  • Sets ups hardware and install necessary software and drivers
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software issues/failures or bugs and provides solutions to restore functionality
  • Determines and installs appropriate security measures
  • Manages security options and software in computers to maintain privacy and protection from virus ad malware attacks
  • Provides technical support on-site or via phone or email in other branch offices
  • Keep records of trouble shooting repairs and fixes
  • Submits monthly analysis and /or project status report
  • Performs special assignments as needed

 

 

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT / GRAPHIC ARTIST

(Publications Section)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in a related field, preferably BS/BA Fine Arts/Graphic Design/Arts
  • Relevant knowledge, skill, experience in the use of design software and tools, specifically (but not limited to) Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop
  • Ability to work on Windows and Microsoft Office
  • Good command of spoken and written English
  • Ability to write articles
  • Ability to work with minimum supervision and deliver deadlines on time
  • Creativity/Attention to details/Good eye for form, color, details/Organizational skills/multi-tasking/self-motivation/Willing to learn
  • At least one (1) year exposure in publications or a publishing company. Fresh graduates who will be able to present a diverse and impressive portfolio may be considered.

 

General Duties:

  • Design and lay-out the company’s published materials, which may include: newsletters, magazines, brochures, flyers, etc.
  • Design the company’s other graphic needs for use on tarpaulin posters and the website
  • Edit other graphic/design materials as may be needed
  • Ensure that the company’s Logo guidelines are preserved and protected

 

 

 

ACCOUNTING  CLERK

(Office of the Internal Auditor)

Basic qualifications:

  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy (CPA License is an advantage)
  • Female
  • Good analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Preferably with work experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Good in written and oral communications
  • Proficiency on MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.)

 

MAINTENANCE STAFF 

(General Services Division)

Basic qualifications:

  • Male
  • 25 years old and above
  • At least High school graduate with skills on Building Maintenance are encourage to appl

 

General Duties:

  • Willing to work overtime
  • Should have knowledge on Electrical Installation, Lay-out Troubleshooting (replacement of defective electrical fixtures/fitting)
  • With knowledge on simple carpentry and masonry
  • With knowledge on sound system operation
  • Know how to inventory equipments and make sure that maintenance supplies are ready and available at all times.
  • Know how to make simple written report/incident report if needed.
