TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

(Program Division)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • Female
  • College graduate of 4-year course (preferably Education, Mass Communications, Communication Arts, Psychology, Sociology)
  • Work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Has knowledge on news/technical writing
  • Preferably with Girl Scouting background
  • Very good in written and oral communications
  • Computer literate preferably: proficiency on MS Office applications, Adobe Pagemaker & Movie Maker, etc.

 

General Duties:

  • Assists the Program Director on technical matters pertaining to formulation, monitoring and implementation of the Girl Scout programs.

 

 

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

(Management Information System  Section)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • Male
  • BS Computer Engineering/Science graduate or any related IT course
  • Minimum one year work experience in PC Troubleshooting and Maintenance
  • Extensive Knowledge in DOS, Windows and Serves application, and N-Computing Technology
  • Very good in verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to perform multiple tasks, a team player with strong work ethics

 

General Duties:

  • Repairs and maintains IT equipment or peripheral devices
  • Sets ups hardware and install necessary software and drivers
  • Troubleshoots hardware and software issues/failures or bugs and provides solutions to restore functionality
  • Determines and installs appropriate security measures
  • Manages security options and software in computers to maintain privacy and protection from virus ad malware attacks
  • Provides technical support on-site or via phone or email in other branch offices
  • Keep records of trouble shooting repairs and fixes
  • Submits monthly analysis and /or project status report
  • Performs special assignments as needed

 

 

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT

(NED’s OFFICE)

 

Basic qualifications:

  • Female
  • College graduate of 4-year course (preferably Mass Communications, Communication Arts, Psychology or any related course)
  • Work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Preferably with Girl Scouting background
  • Very good in written and oral communications
  • Computer literate preferably: proficiency on MS Office applications, Movie Maker, etc.

 

General Duties:

  • Provides technical support in the daily operations of the Office of the National Executive Director and the National President.

 

 

 

TECHNICAL ASSISTANT (REGIONAL AUDITORS)

Regional Auditors for the Six (6) Regional Offices

  1. Northern Luzon – Brgy. Ortiz, Naguilian, La Union
  2. Central Luzon – Brgy. Old Anupul, McArthur Highway, Bamban, Tarlac
  3. Southern Luzon – Brgy. Isabang, Lucena City
  4. Visayas – Capitol Hills, Cebu City
  5. Eastern Mindanao – Toril, Davao City
  6. Western Mindanao – Cabatangan, Zamboanga City

Basic qualifications:

  • Graduate of B.S. Accountancy (CPA License is an advantage)
  • Male/Female
  • Good analytical skills and attention to details
  • Can work under pressure and with minimal supervision
  • Work experience is an advantage but not a requirement
  • Preferably with Girl Scouting background
  • Very good in written and oral communications
  • Proficiency on MS Office applications (e.g. Excel, Word, etc.)
  • Willing to travel and be assigned in the Regional Offices

General Duties:

  • Assists the Internal Auditor in the evaluation of internal controls and compliance to policies and procedures

 

MAINTENANCE STAFF 

(General Services Division)

Basic qualifications:

  • Male
  • 25 years old and above
  • At least High school graduate with skills on Building Maintenance are encourage to apply

 

General Duties:

  • Willing to work overtime
  • Should have knowledge on Electrical Installation, Lay-out Troubleshooting (replacement of defective electrical fixtures/fitting)
  • With knowledge on simple carpentry and masonry
  • With knowledge on sound system operation
  • Know how to inventory equipment and make sure that maintenance supplies are ready and available at all times.
  • Know how to make simple written report/incident report if needed.
