United Nations declared October 11 as the International Day of the Girl (IDG), the day that focuses on the need to address the challenges girls face, and to promote their empowerment and fulfillment of their human rights.

To recognize the Girl Scouts’ resilience exhibited during the COVID-19 pandemic and to celebrate International Day of the Girl 2023, the Girl Scouts of the Philippines National Headquarters resume holding the “Girl Scouts Got Talent” on October 11, 2023 from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the Pilar Hidalgo Lim Auditorium, GSP National Headquarters, 901 Padre Faura Street, Ermita, Manila.

Girl Scouts Got Talent aims to showcase the different modes of talent of our Girl Scouts in performing arts which may include dance, music (singing or playing musical instruments), drama, spoken word, puppetry among others that promote girl empowerment. It is also a good opportunity for our girls to express their creativity, show off their skills, and build their confidence and character.
